Tropical Storm Harvey Update

A Letter from Avella of Houston, Inc.

Dear Valued Customer,

As you know, our city of Houston is experiencing catastrophic and unprecedented flooding as a result of Tropical Storm Harvey. Fortunately, all of our team members are safe and accounted for.

Our primary concern now is for the many hospital customers and patients that depend on our products and services.

Through redundant processes and industry-leading safeguards, Avella facilities and staff are well-prepared for extreme conditions and natural disasters. In fact, our Houston-based facility remains powered and we have not experienced flooding or product damage. However, the closure of Houston-area infrastructure and airports will disrupt typical business operations indefinitely.

Our Quality and Operations teams are closely monitoring our facility, and Houston-area weather conditions. We will notify you directly if your delivery is impacted. Further, we will notify all customers when operations resume.

For any questions or immediate needs, please contact your account management team or our facility at (877) 794-0404.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this natural disaster.

Sincerely,

Bourjois Abboud, RPh, MBA
